Opera House Cup Photos / 2007

I wanted viewers to see some of the Opera House Cup Photos I took during the past several years. I have been photographing this classic wooden boat race on Nantucket, Massachusetts since 1973. I am planning a retrospective to be posted throughout the summer of 2008 to commemorate past races that have not been widely seen by the public at large. This is an exciting race that has captured the imagination of all wooden boat lovers. Vessels from all over the east coast make the journey to the island each summer to participate. The race takes place on the 3rd Sunday of August. I hope you will enjoy my efforts. Please leave any critiques, comments or questions you may have.
